Rental Contract:
When you rent a product from Xboom, you enter into a clear rental contract with us. Upon payment, Xboom grants you the right to use the product. However, you only own the usage rights during the rental period. This contract does not transfer permanent ownership to you. You must return the product in the same condition as delivered. Always handle the item responsibly and avoid any misuse or damage. -
Tenure of the Contract:
The rental duration matches the tenure you selected while placing the order. We mention the return date clearly on your invoice. You must return the product on or before this date in its original condition. If you return the product early, we will not issue any refund. If you wish to extend the rental period, contact us before the return date. We will approve extensions only if the product is available. -
Payment Policy:
Your total payment includes the rental fee, a refundable deposit (for select products), and delivery or pickup charges if applicable. You can pay online during checkout or through a payment link at delivery. Ensure full payment before using the product. -
Damage Policy:
We inspect all products after return. If we find any damage or missing parts, we will inform you immediately. You must pay for any loss, damage, or theft. This includes accidental or deliberate damage, regardless of the reason.
What counts as damage?
We consider any permanent change in appearance or functionality as damage. However, we allow minor wear and tear from regular use.
Deposit Deduction: If the product rented by you qualifies to be considered as damage, the damage cost will be deducted from the security deposit paid by the customer. In case the damage or loss of the product is greater than the amount of security deposit, the customer will be responsible.
Repairable Damage: Actual Repair service Cost along with the components cost used in replacement of the damaged one.
Irreparable Damage: Pay 70-90% of the product’s current retail price depending on the age of the product. After payment of charges you keep the product with you.
Loss or Theft: Pay 70-90% of the product’s current retail price depending on the age of the product
Refund of Security Deposit: Security deposits will be refunded to customers two days after the return and inspection of the product, ensuring that it is returned in the same condition as it was provided.
Late Return: If a customer wishes to return an item late, they must notify the company at least 48 Hours prior to the original return date. Failure to do so will result in the customer being charged double the standard rate for the additional time.
