Warranty and Return Policy
At Xboom, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all of our customers.
All brand new products sold on Xboom come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damages that occur during transit.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please follow the link Product Return Form and provide proof of the issue, such as a video of the unboxing process and the first usage of the product. Our support and technical will confirm or try to resolve the issue and if not resolved, product will be marked for retturn/refund. The product must be in its original, sealed condition if claimed not under the defects. Xboom will arrange for the pickup of the product from your address to our office.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If the product received is faulty in any way, a full refund or exchange will be provided. If you change your mind about the purchase, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Return shipping will be covered by Xboom. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
