Warranty and Return Policy

At Xboom, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all of our customers.

Warranty Duration:

All brand new products sold on Xboom come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damages that occur during transit.

Return Policy:

If for any reason the received product by you is defective, you may raise a request for return within 48 hours of receipt. To initiate a return, please follow the link Product Return Form and provide proof of the issue, such as a video of the unboxing process and the first usage of the product.  Our support and technical staff will confirm or try to resolve  the  issue  and if not resolved, product will be marked for return/refund. The product must be in its original, sealed condition if claimed ‘not under the defects’. Xboom will arrange for the pickup of the product from your address to our service center in case the product is faulty.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If the product received is faulty in any way, a full refund or exchange will be provided. If you change your mind about the purchase, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Return shipping will be covered by Xboom. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
