Subsea operations,
delivered.
Hire the crew, not the fleet. Certified pilots, QYSEA FIFISH platforms up to 500 metres, NDT-grade sensor payloads and analysis-ready deliverables — mobilised across India from our Bengaluru and Dubai hubs. Offshore, ports, dams, bridges, defence, aquaculture.
Subsea capability
without the capex.
A mission-class ROV with trained crew, spares, sensors, and data pipeline is a multi-crore commitment. For most operators the mission is occasional but critical. We bring the full stack — you get the inspection, the report, the evidence — without owning the asset.
Eight sectors,
one subsea team.
Every industry with assets under water has the same problem: can't see them, can't inspect them without divers, can't measure them without shutting down. Our ROV crews solve all three — on your schedule, with documented evidence.

Visual, metric,
structural.
Nine core mission types, delivered as standalone scopes or combined into a single campaign. Every deliverable is structured for engineering review — not just a dump of raw footage.
Shallow surveys, aquaculture routine, civil inspection, first-response recce.
Dual Q-DVL station-lock for high-precision port, bridge and dam work in turbid water.
Enterprise-class industrial ROV for UWILD, pipelines, heavy-payload work and full sonar integration.
Mission-class platforms for offshore platforms, deep pipelines, defence, 50 kg payload integration.
Three ways
to work with us.
Pick the engagement that matches your cadence — a one-off investigation, a monthly retainer for a fleet or fixed asset, or a multi-site campaign that needs a dedicated crew for weeks.
Single mission
One mission, one site, one deliverable. Best for event-driven work: post-monsoon bridge scour, suspected pipeline leak, drowning recovery, insurance claim survey.
- Day rate or flat-fee quote within 48 hrs
- Single mobilisation, single inspection report
- Raw data handover included
- 7-day post-mission clarification window
Retainer
Recurring commitment for operators with ongoing subsea assets. Includes scheduled routine surveys plus guaranteed 48-hour response for unscheduled incidents. Best for port authorities, aquaculture operators, power plants.
- Pre-booked monthly crew-days at locked rate
- Priority on-call for emergency mobilisation
- Side-by-side change-detection reports
- Dedicated account engineer + data portal
- Annual asset summary report included
Campaign
Dedicated crew and fleet for multi-week, multi-location programmes. Platform integrity campaigns, nationwide port inspection drives, class-society UWILD rollouts across a fleet, large-scale scientific expeditions.
- Dedicated crew & backup ROV on-site
- Rotating pilot roster for sustained ops
- Integration with your HSE, PTW & QA systems
- Campaign-end consolidated report + exec summary
All engagements include inspection-report authoring, class-society liaison where relevant, and a named point of contact for the duration of the mission.
What the work
actually looks like.
Anonymised vignettes from recent deployments and mission types we're regularly engaged on. Scope, platform, deliverable — the shape of what a typical engagement produces.
Panamax bulker hull survey at anchor off Paradip.
48-hour deployment to capture full hull condition, propeller, rudder, sea-chest and bow-thruster inspection while the vessel held anchor. IRS-class UWILD format report delivered to vessel owner and class surveyor.
Reservoir intake gate survey in near-zero visibility.
Penstock intake gate suspected to have a blocked trash rack; 55 m deep, visibility under 1 m. Station-lock hovering with Q-DVL let us capture clear close-ups of the blockage — saving a gate-lift and partial reservoir drawdown.
Evidence recovery in a submerged vehicle investigation.
Coordinated with state police after a vehicle submerged in a reservoir. ROV located the vehicle inside 90 minutes, documented position with GPS tagging, and assisted the crane operator by guiding hoist point attachment underwater.
Post-monsoon scour audit across 14 berth faces.
Major east-coast port commissioned a full post-monsoon scour audit across 14 berth faces and 42 piles. 5-day campaign produced a 3D mesh of each pile foot and a prioritised maintenance list for the engineering department.
Highway bridge pier condition survey without lane closure.
State PWD required underwater condition survey of a river-crossing bridge with 8 piers, without halting traffic. Two-day campaign from a support boat delivered pier-by-pier condition assessment, mapped scour, and identified two piles requiring further investigation.
Monthly sea-cage integrity retainer, Andhra coast.
Offshore finfish farm operator on a monthly retainer — weekly net-integrity sweep, monthly mooring chain survey, quarterly full-cage 3D mesh. Over 12 months, the retainer caught two pre-failure net tears before stock loss.
Frequently
asked.
Procurement, HSE, technical and commercial questions we hear from enterprise and government clients before the first mission.
How quickly can you mobilise?
Non-emergency mobilisation is 48–72 hours for any site in India. Emergency response (drowning, vehicle submersion, platform incident) is within 6 hours for sites within 600 km of our Bengaluru hub; sooner if a crew is already in-region.
Do you supply the boat / barge?
We supply the ROV, pilots, laptop control station, tether management, safety kit and spares. The surface vessel or shore-access logistics are typically provided by the client — we'll specify exact requirements (deck space, power, accommodation) in the mission plan.
Can you operate in turbid / low-visibility water?
Yes. The E-Master Navi and X1 platforms have Q-DVL station-lock and inertial navigation that maintain precise positioning even when cameras are blind. Combined with imaging sonar, we can inspect in visibility as low as 10–20 cm.
What about class-society compliance for UWILD?
Our inspection workflow and report format are aligned to IRS, DNV, LR and BV requirements for in-water surveys. We liaise directly with the attending class surveyor where that speeds approval.
How is data handled for sensitive sites?
For defence, port-authority and critical-infra work, we operate under NDA with encrypted offline data transfer only. No cloud upload, no third-party processing. Raw footage is delivered on encrypted drives and internal copies purged after client sign-off.
Can we embed one of your pilots in our crew?
Yes. For multi-week campaigns and permanent installations we can second a trained ROV pilot into your HSE team, with rotation cover. You can also opt for pilot training — we run QYSEA certification workshops in Bengaluru.
What's included in the inspection report?
Executive summary, mission context, methodology, equipment list, weather and water conditions, findings catalogue (with tagged snapshots and timestamps), prioritised recommendations, 4K video appendix, raw data on drive. Average report is 30–60 pages.
Do you operate outside India?
Yes. Our Dubai office handles GCC deployments (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi nearshore). South Asian work (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives) is handled from Bengaluru. Further afield is quoted per job with mobilisation cost transparent.
