Warranty Policy
All brand-new products purchased from Xboom come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Damages during transit
Note: The warranty does not apply to components or accessories of the main product.
Return Policy
If you receive a defective product, you can raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the item.
How to initiate a return:

Fill out the Product Return Form (insert actual link).

Provide proof of the issue, such as a video of the unboxing and first usage.
Our support team will review the request and attempt to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved remotely, the product will be marked for return or refund.
Return conditions:

The product must remain in its original, sealed condition if claimed to be non-functional.

Products claimed to be defective must not be activated or used to remain eligible for return.

Xboom will arrange pickup of the faulty product.

Components and accessories of the main product are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order placement.

If an order is placed on a public holiday, dispatch times may be extended accordingly.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

If a product is found to be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be issued.
Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours at no charge.

If cancelled after 12 hours, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total value.
Return Shipping Costs
Xboom will cover all shipping costs for approved product returns.
Customers will not be charged for return shipping.
