EasyNAV EMG100

Bring 3D machine control to every jobsite with the CHCNAV EasyNAV EMG100, a compact excavator guidance system that delivers centimeter-level accuracy without the complexity or cost of traditional setups. Integrated dual-GNSS and IMU sensors pair with an intuitive 10.1″ display to show real-time bucket position, slopes, and cut/fill—so operators can dig to design faster, safer, and with fewer reworks.

Designed for quick rollout, EMG100 installs in about 1 hour, calibrates in ~15 minutes, and most operators can master the workflow in ~30 minutes. That means less downtime and faster ROI.

Create and edit surface plans in the field, reduce reliance on survey staking, and move confidently across tasks like trenching, grading, ditching, and sloping. The system supports swing-boom, tilt-bucket, and offset-boom excavators, making it easy to standardize guidance across mixed fleets.
