Description
The CHCNAV TD63 Pro is a 3D automatic dozer control system engineered to boost productivity and finish-grade quality on earthmoving and fine-grading jobs. A dual-GNSS receiver paired with a 100 Hz IMU feeds precise 3D position and heading to the dozer, while the intelligent hydraulic valve module automates blade movements to the design surface—cutting passes, rework, and fuel consumption.
Operators work through a 10.1″ sunlight-readable Android tablet running MCNAV. The UI is simple, setup is quick (install in <6 hours; calibration in ~30 minutes), and you can switch between 2D and 3D modes to match the task. The system accepts LandXML/DXF design files and popular coordinate calibration formats, and it supports TT450S, Transparent and Satel-3AS radio protocols for flexible deployment.
Built for the field, TD63 Pro components carry IP65/IP67/IP68 ratings, quick-release GNSS mounts, and shock-/vibration-tested hardware. Connectivity options (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, LTE, CAN, and 410–470 MHz Rx modem) streamline data exchange between office and site.
