Description

The CHCNAV TG63 is a turnkey 3D grade control system for motor graders that automates blade movements to your design surface with centimeter-level precision. A tightly integrated dual-GNSS receiver, 100 Hz IMU, and CHCNAV’s GR-Tech mechanical modeling keep accuracy stable across different blade angles, machine attitudes, and speeds—so crews hit final grade faster with fewer passes and less staking.

Operators run jobs from a sunlight-readable 10.1″ Android tablet powered by MCNAV software. The interface supports 2D/3D workflows, DXF/LandXML/RODX design files, cut/fill visualization, and geofencing. With quick install (~5 hours) and fast calibration (~15 minutes), TG63 gets machines back to production quickly. Rugged components (IMU IP67, antenna IP68 metal housing), protected harnessing, and broad radio/RTK compatibility make it a fit for roadworks, site prep, and mining environments.
