How do I track my xBoom order?
Two ways depending on what you have to hand. Quick lookup — use the form above with your Order ID + registered email; you'll see order status, items and the courier tracking number once dispatched. Full live tracking — sign into your xBoom account to see every order with a step-by-step timeline (Order placed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered), live courier link, and dispatch ETA. If you only have the AWB number, click your courier below to track it directly on their site.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Most consumer drones dispatch within 1–2 working days of order confirmation; enterprise orders within 2–5 days subject to KYC and stock. Drone purchases require KYC approval first — we cannot dispatch without it. If 24 hours have passed since dispatch confirmation and tracking still hasn't updated, WhatsApp 08447 831 821 with your order ID.
How long does delivery take?
Pan-India delivery 3–5 working days for in-stock SKUs after dispatch. Metros (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad) typically receive in 2–3 days. Tier-2 / tier-3 cities and remote pin codes 4–7 days. Enterprise drones with custom configurations or Agras / Matrice / Inspire-class units may take longer due to manufacturer lead times — we communicate exact timelines at order confirmation.
What if my tracking is not updating?
Tracking can take a few hours to start moving after dispatch — the courier first scans the parcel at the origin hub before relaying status. If 24 hours have passed since dispatch with no movement, message us. Common causes: weather delays, weekend processing, pin code restrictions, courier hub scanning lag. We'll investigate and update within one business day.
I've lost my Order ID. How do I find it?
Your Order ID was sent to your registered email at order confirmation. Search your inbox for "xBoom" or "Order confirmation". If still missing — (1) log into your xBoom account and view all orders under "My Orders", or (2) WhatsApp 08447 831 821 with your full name + email + approximate order date and we'll look it up.
Which couriers does xBoom use?
We pick the best courier per shipment based on destination, parcel weight and product type. Blue Dart for premium/express. DTDC for pan-India coverage. Delhivery for tier-2/3 cities. FedEx for international/Dubai shipments. India Post Speed Post for remote pin codes. Heavy-freight partners for Agras / Matrice 350 / Inspire 3 oversized cases. The carrier name + AWB number is added to your order in My Account once dispatched, with a click-through to the courier's own tracking page.
What does "KYC required" mean for drone orders?
Per India's Drone Rules 2021 and DGCA regulations, drone purchases require KYC verification before dispatch. We collect government photo ID (Aadhaar or PAN), address proof if different from invoice, and UIN / operator details for enterprise orders. Submit on the contact page after order placement. Most KYC reviews complete in 24 hours; drones dispatch immediately after approval.
Can I change the delivery address after dispatch?
Once dispatched, address change goes to the courier directly — not all allow it. For Blue Dart and Delhivery we can attempt re-routing within the same city; inter-city redirection is not supported. Always double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error within the first hour of order placement, WhatsApp 08447 831 821 immediately — we can usually catch it before dispatch.
