Delivery

XBOOM ensures all products are delivered in excellent condition and in the shortest time possible. For items requiring separate shipping charges, we clearly mention this on the product detail page and during checkout. We process and ship orders quickly to give you the best experience. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product’s availability.

Cancellation

If we cancel, lose, or fail to deliver your order to your preferred location, we will issue a full refund, including shipping. However, if you cancel only a part of the order, we will refund the product value but not the shipping charges. We process refunds promptly once the cancellation is confirmed. You can cancel your order before dispatch for a hassle-free experience.

Return & Exchange

You may return or exchange items purchased on XBOOM. Return and exchange periods vary between 7 to 30 days from receipt, depending on the seller or affiliate partner. If you receive a defective item, we’ll replace it at no cost—subject to availability. However, exchanges depend on item stock and your location’s serviceability by our logistics partners.

Exceptions & Rules

• All items must be unused, unbroken, and in original packaging with intact tags.

• Exchanges are only available if our logistics service covers your area.

• If your returned item included a free gift, return the gift as well.

• If you self-ship returns, use secure packaging to avoid damage or loss.

• We recommend a trusted courier service for all self-shipped returns to ensure safe delivery.
