Doorstep delivery + return
Insured delivery in 24–48 hrs to any Indian pin code. Use through your contract period. We arrange return pickup. Deposit refunded within 2 days of inspection.

Clear, signed, refundable. No surprises on return.
1 · Rental contract
Each rental enters a clear, signed contract. Upon payment, xBoom grants you the right to use the drone for the rental period — usage rights only, not ownership transfer. You return the drone in the same condition as delivered. Handle responsibly, avoid misuse, no flying in restricted Red zones without DGCA permission.
2 · Tenure
Rental duration matches the tenure you select at order. Return date is printed on the invoice. Return on or before this date in original condition. Early return does not generate a refund. To extend, contact us before the return date — extensions are approved if the drone is available.
3 · Payment
Total = rental fee + refundable security deposit + delivery / pickup charges (if applicable). Pay online during checkout or via payment link on delivery. Full payment is required before drone use begins.
4 · Damage
We inspect every drone after return. Any loss, damage or theft is the renter's responsibility — accidental or deliberate, regardless of reason. Permanent change in appearance or functionality is treated as damage; minor wear-and-tear from regular use is not.
Repairable damage
Actual repair-service cost + components used in replacement. Deducted from your security deposit. If damage is greater than the deposit, you're responsible for the balance.
Irreparable damage
70–90% of the drone's current retail price, depending on the age of the drone. After the payment, the drone stays with you.
Loss or theft
70–90% of current retail price, depending on age. Treated the same as irreparable damage for accounting.
Deposit refund
Refunded within 2 days of drone return and inspection — assuming returned in same condition as delivered.
Late return
Notify at least 48 hours before original return date for an extension. Failure to do so triggers 2× the standard rate for extra time.
KYC + Digital Sky
Mandatory KYC for every rental. We help with Digital Sky pilot registration and Yellow / Green zone flight permissions on first rental.
