B2 and B2-W are industry-grade with IP ratings for outdoor patrol — preferred for refinery, mining, and large-perimeter surveillance. A2 and A2-S extend this to heavier payloads and longer endurance. Go2 Pro / Go2 Edu can operate outdoors in benign weather but are not industry-rated. Go2-W is suited for indoor / paved-area patrol. For 24/7 outdoor patrol in Indian summer / monsoon conditions, B2 / B2-W / A2 are recommended.
Battery life varies by platform: Go2 series typically delivers 2–4 hours of operation depending on workload (8000 mAh to 15000 mAh battery options). B2 and A2 have larger batteries with longer endurance suited to industrial shifts. All Unitree quadrupeds support hot-swappable batteries — keep one drone running while a spare charges. Standard wall-charging takes 1.5–3 hours depending on platform.
