By ordering a Restricted Model, the Buyer confirms that it falls within one of these categories and will use the drone only for the stated purpose.
4. Delivery
Drones are delivered only to the organisation address in India given in the order. Xboom Utilities may refuse delivery to residential addresses, third-party addresses and freight forwarders, and may ask for a signed acknowledgement on delivery.

The Buyer may not resell, lease, lend or transfer any drone bought from Xboom Utilities unless the law permits it, and only after the transfer is recorded on the Digital Sky Platform. Xboom Utilities provides a tax invoice with the model and serial number to support registration and transfer. Xboom Utilities keeps sale records for the period required by law.
8. Import, Export and Origin
Drones and drone payloads are subject to India’s import policy and export-control laws. Import of drones in CBU, SKD or CKD form is restricted by DGFT except for R&D, defence and security purposes with the required authorisation. Where a Buyer needs documents (for example a Bill of Entry reference or country of origin) to meet its own compliance requirements, it should request them at order time.
9. Buyer Responsibility, Safety and Indemnity
After delivery the Buyer is solely responsible for how the drone is operated, stored and used, and for reading the manufacturer’s manual and applying firmware and safety updates. To the extent permitted by law, Xboom Utilities, its directors and employees are not liable for misuse, unlawful operation, regulatory violations, damage, injury or loss arising from the Buyer’s use, and the Buyer agrees to indemnify Xboom Utilities against claims arising from such use. Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or any right the Buyer has under the manufacturer’s warranty or consumer law.
10. False Declarations
If any information or document supplied by the Buyer is found to be false, misleading or incomplete, Xboom Utilities may cancel the order, refuse future orders and report the matter to the relevant authority.
