Rent robots for events. Own the room.
Put a walking humanoid on your stage, an AI robot host at your stall and a trick-performing robot dog in the crowd. XBOOM rents genuine Unitree robots for events, seminars, product launches and activations — delivered, set up and run by our trained operators.
The full-size showstopper
Unitree G1 Humanoid
The star of any stage. The Unitree G1 is a full-size humanoid that walks on, waves, dances and runs martial-arts routines on cue — the jaw-drop moment that gets your event filmed and shared. It greets VIPs, headlines the big reveal and pulls a crowd straight to your booth.
What it does at your event
- Walks on & greets — Makes an entrance no emcee can — strides across the stage and welcomes guests.
- Dances & performs — Pre-loaded routines, martial-arts sequences and performance modes on command.
- Headlines the reveal — Hand the humanoid your product or trophy for an unforgettable unveil.
- Photo & reel magnet — Guests queue up for selfies and video — instant shareable content.
- Custom choreography — We can program a routine to your theme, track or brand moment.
The interactive host
Unitree R1 Humanoid
Lighter, nimble and endlessly engaging. The R1 is a compact 1.23 m humanoid with a multimodal AI brain — it sees, hears and talks back, so it can host a quiz, field questions at your stall and banter with the crowd. Built for close-up, interactive activations where people actually talk to the robot.
What it does at your event
- Talks & listens — 4-mic array, camera and a large AI model power real back-and-forth conversation.
- Hosts & engages — Runs a quiz, a Q&A or a live product explainer at your booth or seminar.
- Agile & expressive — 26 degrees of freedom for lively, human-like movement and gestures.
- Crowd-friendly size — Compact and light — moves easily through stalls, aisles and tight stages.
- Custom script & persona — Brief us and we give it your event’s voice, lines and product knowledge.
The crowd favourite
Unitree Go2 Robot Dog
The photo magnet. The Go2 is an agile quadruped robot dog that trots, jumps, front-flips, shakes hands and even moonwalks — working a room, a red carpet or a stage with ease. Compact, quick to set up and endlessly fun for guests of every age, indoors or out.
What it does at your event
- Tricks on cue — Jumps, front-flips, handshakes, bows, sits and dances — on the operator’s command.
- Works the crowd — Trots up to guests for selfies and reels, then roams to the next group.
- Carries your brand — Mount a sign, flag or small payload up to ~7 kg for a branded walkaround.
- Greets & guides — Follows a path to welcome arrivals or lead guests between zones.
- Indoor or outdoor — Handles stages, lawns, ramps and steps at up to 2.5 m/s.

Renting robots for events in India — FAQs
Common questions organisers ask before booking a robot for an event or seminar.
Can I rent a humanoid robot or robot dog for an event in India?
Yes. XBOOM rents Unitree robots for events, seminars, launches and activations from Bengaluru (we travel to other cities on request) — the G1 and R1 humanoids and the Go2 robot dog. Each booking includes a trained operator, delivery, setup and teardown. Enquire at [email protected] or 08447 831 821.
How much does it cost to rent a robot for an event?
Rental is quoted per event based on the robots chosen, the number of days, the city and venue, and the act required. XBOOM sends an all-inclusive quote covering the robot, operator, travel and setup — contact [email protected] for pricing.
Does the rental include an operator?
Yes. Every robot rental is operator-run. A trained XBOOM engineer delivers, sets up and operates the robot live through your event, manages crowd interaction and safety, and packs it down afterwards.
Which robots can I rent for a seminar or product launch?
Three Unitree robots: the G1 full-size humanoid (stage performances, reveals, VIP greeting), the R1 interactive humanoid (hosting, quizzes, Q&A at stalls) and the Go2 robot dog (tricks, walkarounds and photo-ops). You can book one or combine them.
What can the robots do at an event?
The G1 walks, dances and performs choreographed routines; the R1 talks, listens and hosts interactive segments with its AI brain; the Go2 jumps, flips, shakes hands, dances and roams the crowd. Routines and scripts can be customised to your brand and theme.
Do you travel to other cities for events?
Yes, on request. XBOOM is based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, and can bring the robots to other cities — transport, setup and operation are handled by our team. Share your city and dates for a quote.
