Four Pillars of the As2edu-U4
The As2 Platform — Agile Bionic Dynamics
Agile bionic motion up to 3.7m/s, with an IP54 rainproof design that keeps the As2edu-U4 stable across complex weather and environments.
Torque, Weatherproofing, Endurance & Development
Powerful Motors, Exceptional Payload
The As2edu-U4 runs on 12 low-inertia, high-speed inner rotor PMSM joint motors with enhanced response and heat dissipation, delivering approximately 90N·m of maximum joint torque. That supports a standing payload of up to 65kg, or approximately 15kg during continuous walking.
All-Weather Adaptability, Reliable Operation
The As2edu-U4 carries an IP54 rainproof rating and operates across -20°C to 50°C, keeping it stable in rain and dusty conditions across long development and field sessions.
Ultra-Long Endurance, Expand Boundaries
Powered by its 15000mAh long-range battery, the As2edu-U4 delivers over 4 hours of unloaded runtime (approximately 20km), or approximately 2.5 hours (about 13km) while carrying a 15kg load.
Open Platform, Empowering Innovation
The As2edu-U4 is built for development from the ground up: full secondary development support, the UniStore platform, continuous smart OTA upgrades, and comprehensive development manuals with ecosystem support. It provides robot models and simulation interfaces, supporting simulation environments such as Isaac Sim, with an Orin NX expansion dock providing 100TOPS of AI compute, a Mid-360 3D laser radar with navigation algorithm support, a charging pad, and three depth cameras all included as standard.
Shared Chassis Design — As2edu-U4
The As2edu-U4 shares its core chassis, computing platform and connectivity foundation with the rest of the As2 family, tuned here for full developer access at a higher compute tier.
