This is a genuine Livox Mid-360 sensor, visibly marked with the Livox brand on its housing, integrated by Unitree as an official accessory for the standard Go2 platform. It scans a full 360° horizontally and -7° to 52° vertically, streaming up to 200,000 points per second so the robot can build a real-time 3D map of the space around it — the foundation for SLAM, autonomous navigation, and obstacle avoidance.

Despite the dense point cloud it produces, the sensor itself weighs only about 265g and measures roughly 65×65×60mm — compact enough to mount directly onto the Go2 without disrupting its balance. It ships with a protective metal frame and a dedicated custom connection cable for a clean, secure installation, and its IP67 rating means it keeps working in dusty or wet field conditions. One important note: this specific unit is built for the standard Go2 only and is not compatible with the wheeled Go2-W.
