The Go2-W chassis re-engineered with in-wheel motors and 7-inch pneumatic tires, stepped up with a Go2W-U3 enterprise package: an Orin NX 100TOPS expansion dock, a Mid-360 3D laser radar with navigation algorithm and technical support, a RealSense D435i depth camera, and an optional D1 servo robot arm.
Driving All Terrain — Wheeled Mobility Meets Autonomous Navigation
The Unitree Go2W-U3 is built on the Go2-W chassis — the wheeled variant of the Go2 platform, fitted with in-wheel motors and 7-inch pneumatic tires across all four legs for rolling mobility alongside standard quadruped locomotion. It stands 70cm × 43cm × 50cm and weighs about 18kg with its battery, moves at 0–2.5m/s, and can climb obstacles up to approximately 70cm using its 16 aluminium joint motors. The U3 package steps up the compute and perception stack with an Orin NX expansion dock delivering 100TOPS of onboard AI computing power (with AI algorithm and technical support included), a Mid-360 3D laser radar with navigation algorithm and technical support for autonomous mapping and path-following, and a RealSense D435i depth camera for close-range 3D perception. An optional D1 servo robot arm is available for manipulation tasks. Power comes from a long-life 15000mAh battery rated for 2–4 hours of runtime, and the whole unit carries a 1-year warranty.

How is the Go2W-U3 different from the Go2W-U1?
Both share the same Go2-W wheeled chassis, dimensions, battery and climbing specs. The U3 steps up the compute and perception stack with an Orin NX expansion dock (100TOPS vs the U1's Orin NANO at 40TOPS) and adds a Mid-360 3D laser radar with navigation algorithm and technical support, which the U1 does not include.
What does the Mid-360 3D laser radar add?
The Mid-360 3D laser radar comes with a navigation algorithm and technical support, giving the Go2W-U3 the sensing needed for autonomous mapping and path-following on top of its onboard cameras and depth sensor.
