A New Entry Point Into DJI's Lineup
Sub-250g, Without Cutting the Corners That Matter
The DJI Lito 1 is one of DJI's newest entry-level drones, built around a 1/2-inch, 48MP sensor at f/1.8 — a meaningfully larger sensor than most sub-250g drones carry. It records 4K video at up to 100fps for smooth slow-motion, shoots native 2.7K vertical video for social platforms, and stays under the 250g threshold that triggers mandatory registration in many countries, all without giving up 360° omnidirectional obstacle avoidance.
The Standard package ships with the DJI RC-N3 remote controller and the standard Intelligent Flight Battery, rated for up to 36 minutes of flight time. An optional Plus battery extends that to 52 minutes at the cost of pushing total weight above 250g — worth knowing before you decide which battery to fly with in a given region.
48MP, 1/2-Inch Sensor
A larger sensor than typical sub-250g drones, paired with an f/1.8 aperture for better light-gathering in dimmer conditions.
4K/100fps Slow Motion
Shoot smooth slow-motion footage at 4K/100fps, or native 2.7K vertical video built specifically for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
360° Omnidirectional Avoidance
Full omnidirectional obstacle sensing at this weight and price point, helping the aircraft detect and route around obstacles automatically.
O4 Transmission, Up to 15km
DJI's latest O4 system carries a stable, low-latency link with up to 1080p/60fps live view through the remote controller.
Standard vs. Plus Battery — Know Before You Fly
The included standard battery keeps total takeoff weight at approximately 249g — under the mandatory registration threshold in most countries — for up to 36 minutes of flight. The separately available Plus battery extends that to 52 minutes, but pushes total weight to around 340g, which may cross into a different regulatory category depending on where you fly. Check your local drone regulations before choosing which battery to use for a given flight.

Everything in the Standard Package
The complete kit: the Lito 1 aircraft, DJI RC-N3 remote controller, an Intelligent Flight Battery marked "249g," spare propellers shared with the DJI Mini 3 series, a gimbal protector, RC cables, and a screwdriver — ready to fly straight from the box.

Compatible with DJI Mini 3 Propellers
The Lito 1's spare propellers are shared with the DJI Mini 3 series, so pilots already invested in that ecosystem have one less new part number to track down.
Every Tool for a First — or Lightest — Drone
A larger sensor, real obstacle avoidance, and DJI's latest transmission tech, all under 250g.
48MP, 1/2-Inch Sensor
A larger sensor than most sub-250g drones, with an f/1.8 aperture for better performance in lower light.
4K/100fps Slow Motion
Shoot smooth slow-motion footage at 4K/100fps, or grab native 2.7K vertical clips built for social platforms.
360° Omnidirectional Avoidance
Full obstacle sensing in every direction helps the aircraft detect and route around obstacles automatically.
O4 Transmission, Up to 15km
A stable, low-latency link with up to 1080p/60fps live view, even at this size and price point.
Sub-250g Design
Stays under the mandatory registration threshold used by many countries' aviation authorities — always confirm current local rules.
36-Minute Max Flight Time
Long flight time for its class, with an optional Plus battery available for sessions where you need even more air time.
Native Vertical Video
2.7K vertical shooting is built in for Reels and Shorts, without cropping down from a horizontal frame.
DJI RC-N3 Included
The Standard package includes a dedicated remote controller, ready to pair with the DJI Fly app.
DJI Mini 3 Series Propellers
Spare propellers are shared with the DJI Mini 3 series, simplifying spares for pilots with an existing DJI kit.
A Strong First Drone, or a Lightweight Second One
Built for first-time pilots and content creators who want real image quality without crossing registration thresholds.
First-Time Pilots
360° obstacle avoidance and a complete Standard package give new pilots a forgiving, ready-to-fly introduction to DJI.
Social Media Content

Travel & Registration-Free Flying
Sub-250g weight avoids mandatory registration in many countries, easing travel across borders with varying drone rules.
Everyday Vlogging
A larger sensor than most drones its size means noticeably better image quality for everyday creators.
A Lightweight Second Drone
Existing DJI pilots may want the Lito 1 as a compact, grab-and-go option for trips where a larger drone isn't practical.
Budget-Conscious Buyers
