The EM-10 is the largest and strongest member of Energize Lab’s EM Series — and the only one of the three EM-series units in xBoom’s catalog whose product photos directly show the Energize Lab logo and “EM-10” molded into the housing, alongside the smaller EM-2 and EM-3. At 10kg of stall torque, more than three times the EM-3’s rating, it’s built for robotic joints and mechanisms that need real holding power, not just light positioning.
At 56g and 48 × 26 × 36mm, the EM-10 is naturally larger than its EM-2/EM-3 siblings, and it steps up to a 12V input (versus their 8V) to deliver that extra torque — so while it shares the same TTL serial interface and control logic, it is not a direct voltage drop-in replacement for the smaller units. Energize Lab has directly demonstrated the EM-3 at work inside Eilik’s overload-clutch mechanism; the EM-10 carries that same engineering lineage forward into the heavier-duty end of Energize Lab’s own robot ecosystem, which also includes Panxer, the larger, more mechanically demanding robot Eilik itself has been shown driving.
