Energize Lab’s Highest-Torque Servo

EXT-6100 Ultra-High-Torque Brushless Servo Motor: Genuine Energize Lab Hardware

The EXT-6100 is genuine Energize Lab hardware — “EXT-6100” and the Energize Lab logo are molded directly into the housing across all 3 product photos. It is, by a wide margin, the highest-torque servo Energize Lab makes: 500kg of stall torque, more than five times the next-strongest unit we’ve verified in this catalog (the EPS-5090 and EXA-4060, both around 60-90kg).

That torque comes at the cost of speed — 9 RPM no-load, the slowest of any Energize Lab servo covered, an intentional design choice for applications where maximum force matters far more than rotation speed. It shares its direct-mount, disc-shaped housing design with the EXT-6006, but scaled up considerably (75×65mm/820g vs. the EXT-6006’s 68.5×24mm/260g) and tuned for the opposite end of the torque-speed spectrum: where the EXT-6006 delivers torque and speed together, the EXT-6100 sacrifices speed almost entirely for maximum force.

The Torque Flagship of the Entire Energize Lab Catalog

The EXT-6100 is genuine Energize Lab hardware and the highest-torque servo across every series we’ve verified — EM, EH, EPS, EXA, and EXT. It is not confirmed to be the servo inside Eilik or Panxer; what it shares with them is the same manufacturer and the same TTL control protocol, applied here to Energize Lab’s most extreme actuator.

The Company Behind This Hardware

Energize Lab hasn’t published an EXT-6100-specific demo — this is extreme-load industrial hardware, not consumer content. Honestly labeled: these are official Energize Lab videos of Eilik and Panxer, its consumer robots, included here only to show Energize Lab is a real, established manufacturer — not as a claim that this exact part is used inside them.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of product is the EXT-6100 Ultra-High-Torque Brushless Servo Motor?
It’s an ultra-high-torque, direct-drive brushless actuator — a disc-shaped, cylindrical-housing servo built for the heaviest joints in a robotic arm, humanoid platform, or industrial manipulator, not used as a standalone device.
How does the EXT-6100 compare to the EXT-6006?
They share the same disc-shaped housing family and 13A stall current, but the EXT-6100 delivers over 8x the torque (500kg vs. 60kg) at a fraction of the speed (9 RPM vs. 170 RPM) — opposite ends of the same series’ torque-speed spectrum.
Is 500kg really the highest torque Energize Lab makes?
Yes, per xBoom’s own listing text and matching Energize Lab’s manufacturer spec table — it’s more than 5x the next-highest servo we’ve verified (the EPS-5090 and EXA-4060, both in the 60-90kg range).
Is this the servo used inside Eilik or Panxer?
Not confirmed. Eilik’s confirmed servo is the much smaller, cored-motor EM-3. The EXT-6100 is Energize Lab’s extreme-load industrial flagship, a completely different class of part.
What voltage does it need?
12V input, drawing up to 13A at stall — a robust power supply and appropriate wiring are recommended.
Can multiple EXT-6100 servos be wired together?
Yes — its TTL interface supports daisy-chaining multiple servos on a shared control bus, per xBoom’s own listing.
