It’s been quiet here. Our last post went up in mid-May — it’s now August. If you’ve checked this
blog for something new over the last couple of months and found nothing, that’s fair, and it wasn’t
an accident.
We didn’t stop working. We paused the blog on purpose so the team could spend that time
rebuilding xboom.in itself — sharper product pages across drones, robots and underwater ROVs,
and two brand-new tools we think are more useful than another 500-word buying guide.
The blog is back on today. Here’s what we built while it was off.
New: SkyRunner — fly a drone before you own one
You can now fly a drone on xboom.in without owning one, or even leaving the page. SkyRunner is a
free, browser-based drone flight simulator we built in-house — no download, no install, just click
and fly.
It’s not a toy demo. SkyRunner Drone Simulator runs real flight physics with a live HUD reading out altitude, speed
and battery exactly like a real flight controller, and three flight modes to match your skill level:
• POS (Position Hold) — the forgiving mode. The best place to start.
• STAB (Self-Level) — closer to how most consumer and enterprise drones actually fly day to
day.
• ACRO (Full Manual) — no assists. For pilots who already know what they’re doing and want the
real FPV challenge.
Once you’re comfortable, take it further:
• Ring Run — checkpoint racing challenges. Beat the clock, then beat your own time.
• Flight School — guided lessons for anyone who’s never touched a controller. A genuinely good

What we were actually doing on the “break”
No excuses, just the honest version: most of the last few months went into xboom.in itself —
rebuilding product pages across our Air, Land and Water ranges so the details you actually need
(specs, use cases, what ships in the box) are easier to find, plus the groundwork for SkyRunner Drone Simulator and
the four finders above. Less blogging, more building. We think it was worth the trade.
